My Dad Bought me a Body..to Replace the Mother who Vanished..

In 2020, a 19-year-old college student made a shocking phone call to her cousin. Her mother, Angela Green, had supposedly died seven months earlier.

But there was one problem. She had never seen the body, attended a funeral, or even received a death certificate.

A House Like A Prison

For years, Angela's family appeared perfect from the outside. Behind closed doors, however, friends and relatives later learned that her husband tightly controlled nearly every aspect of her life.

She rarely left the house alone, had little contact with family, and gradually became isolated from the outside world. Then, one day, she simply vanished.

The Father's Story

The explanations kept changing. First, Angela had supposedly been admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Later, her husband claimed she had gone on a trip.

Then he said she had suffered a stroke and died. Yet when relatives requested documents, none seemed to exist. The more questions people asked, the less sense the story made.

Suspicious

The most disturbing discovery came much later. Investigators learned that the ashes shown to Angela's daughter may not have belonged to Angela at all.

Even more troubling, a suspicious patch of disturbed soil was discovered near a vacation property owned by her husband. By the time authorities searched the area, years had already passed.

No trace of Angela was ever found.

Final Thoughts
